The donor-pass amount is Rs 3500/- per person. It covers food, stay for 3 days and transport to the campsite and back from two pick up locations in Chennai (Sishya office at Anna Nagar and Madhya Kailash).

If you are moved to contribute more to sponsor other delegates, please make a single transaction for both the donor pass and the contribution and attach the proof when you do registration. We will count ₹3500 for the current delegate registration and the rest for other delegates who are not able to pay for the donor pass themselves. In case you already completed the registration and want to contribute more for other delegates, make a separate transaction and send the proof of donation as a WhatsApp message to the registration team @ +91-9940460243 and we'll ensure it is counted towards the donor pass shortfall from other delegates.​

Yes! If you are coming with your friend(s) as a group and you want to stay with your group, ensure everyone in this group registers with the same "Group Name".

Here are the steps:

1. During registration, select the value "Yes (group)" against the question "Are you coming with a group?".

2. In the "Group Name" field, enter a unique name for your group.

3. Ensure your friend(s) use the same Group Name in their registrations.

Send the payment for the Donor-pass to Sishya Trust account using any of the popular UPI apps like GooglePay / PhonePe / PayTM / Amazon Pay/ your bank's UPI app.

Our room allocation team will do their best to ensure the registrations with the same group name stay together in the same room (up to a limit of 5 persons of same gender per room).

Please note that rooms are subject to availability and are issued on a sharing basis with other delegates.
